How much does delivery cost?
Current promotion: free delivery on orders over $300 in Metro Vancouver and Greater Victoria. Outer-zone fees still apply.

Delivery is charged once per order, not per battery. All amounts are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. Order thresholds refer to the merchandise subtotal, excluding delivery and taxes. Coverage depends on your postal code; confirm your delivery fee at checkout before payment.

When can my battery be delivered?
Choose an available date and time in your cart. Select batteries qualify for same-day delivery when ordered before 5pm Pacific, subject to stock, your address and available slots. Delivery hours are 9am–8pm Pacific, with at least two hours between ordering and the earliest available window.

Yes. Open “Battery drop-off instructions (optional)” in your cart to add helpful access or drop-off details before checking out.
What if I need warranty help?
Your purchase is backed by the applicable battery warranty. Options include full-service assistance through MobileBattery, a direct manufacturer claim, an authorized return, or Warranty Pickup & Return in eligible local delivery areas (view current pricing and service details).
Pickup and return delivery are included in that service; removal and installation are separate. Manufacturer claims typically take 5–10 business days from pickup or receipt, plus return delivery scheduling, subject to testing and replacement availability.
